    Nick Boyes, Alexander Forbes Trustee Services

    Boyes has worked with Alexander Forbes Trustee Services for 20 years and is a trustee for a number of schemes. He is particularly interested in investment strategy.

    Richard Butcher, Pitmans Trustees

    Butcher joined Pitmans Trustees in 2008 and has over 25 years experience in pension scheme governance.

    Steve Delo, PAN Group

    Delo is chief executive of PAN Governance and a former president of the Pensions Management Institute. Well-known in the pensions industry, Delo has worked widely on governance and the establishment of new schemes.

    Clive Gilchrist, BESTrustees

    Gilchrist has a wealth of industry experience, having served on the National Association of Pension Funds council and investment committee, as well as a trustee for a number of schemes.

    Chris Martin, Independent Trustee Services (ITS)

    Martin (see main list) joined ITS in the early 1990s when the company was formed and became managing director in 1997.

    John Oldland, Pi Consulting 

    Oldland has over 30 years’ pensions experience. Before founding Pi Consulting, he was a director with Mercer and was nominated for Engaged Investor magazine’s Independent Trustee of the Year 2011.

    Giles Orton, Bridge Trustees

    Orton is a founder and chairman of Bridge Trustees and chair of the Association of Pensions Lawyers litigation committee. He has been closely involved with several high profile disputes and winding-up exercises.

    Esther has almost 20 years legal experience and is a former partner at law firm Eversheds, where she specialised in pension issues. She sits on a variety of trustee boards and has advised FTSE 100 companies.
